Residential Valuations

We undertake valuations for all types of residential property. Valuations are required for a number of reasons, including independent advice prior to marketing, or for tax reasons such as probate. Residential Property Valuations are often required when there are matrimonial disputes.

The inspection is carried out to the standards required by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Inspection is obviously not as detailed as a Building Survey or Homebuyer Report, but is sufficient to identify major defects which could affect valuation.
