Building Survey

This is the most detailed report that we prepare, and the report format is tailored to suit the property being inspected. The report is based on a detailed inspection of the accessible areas of a property, and includes illustrative photographs, an itemized summary and sketch floor plan.

The report will described the construction of the property, and will highlight items requiring immediate repair, and also areas where future maintenance is likely to be necessary.

This type of Survey includes a buildings insurance cost assessment, and can include a market valuation, if requested. A Building Survey is generally more appropriate for old, large or unusual properties and listed buildings, than the Homebuyer Report.
